Questions
Who holds the rights to the photos and the reels?
Send listings whose photos you are allowed to use. The reels are yours to post wherever you like. We never post them on our own channels without your written permission.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, with no minimum term. Email us and we cancel within 48 hours. If a payment goes through after you asked, we refund it.
Which languages?
Captions in English or Spanish. You choose for each listing.
How long does it take?
Within a week. That goes for the free sample and for every batch of listings you send on the plan.
Is there a voice-over or music?
Every reel has a voice-over reading the captions, in English or Spanish. The captions carry the facts too, so the reel works with the sound off. You can add music when you post it on Instagram or TikTok.
What do you need from me?
Only the listing links. We take the photos, price and facts from the page. Six photos or more make a good reel.
